Welcome to my first post of my first ever blog..
So after looking at numerous established homes, last night took a turn and I signed a contract for a brand spanking new home in "Ruby Park" Wantirna.
Its being built by a smaller builder "Cantala Properties". I have not heard of them before, but lets hope they are good and do a good job!
Out home is 1 of 27 being built on an existing property.
